Man, we have some talented people that work here! We had the privilege of testing our employees’ barbecue skills! Our very own Mike G. smoked some brisket, pork and whole chickens for our SCC cookout lunch yesterday and it was delicious!!!!! Some of our other employees joined in and brought some treats and dishes which fed the masses! As you can see everyone was digging in! Thanks, Mike, for making SCC a great place to work at and doing all this work to make sure we all ate good!
