As we start this blog, we would like you to get to know us. The Crane Brothers consist of Chris and Ryan Healy of Superior Crane Corporation in Waukesha, WI. We started in Milwaukee back in 1952 and then moved to Waukesha 23 years ago. We consist of 94 employees and working on continuing the growth of our company. As our company is always looking for talented individuals, we strive to help our employees start a career here at Superior Crane Corp. and not just a job.
We are a family owned company and that is something that is very important to us. Our family’s pride is also shown in how proud we are to be an American made company. We show our pride throughout our buildings, on our uniforms, and on every crane that leaves our buildings. We honor the importance of family and our nation with everything we do.
A little background into the two of us. Chris Healy has worked for the company since he was in high school. He started working in the machine shop and worked his way up to Machine Shop Supervisor. Afterwards, he became the Plant Manager. Ryan’s plan didn’t originally start with working with cranes. He started his journey in the Military. After he left the military, he started at Superior crane working in the service department as a technician. Ryan eventually became the Director of Service and Parts. Along with their father Robert, the brothers purchased the company in 2019. Ryan is now the Outside Management focus and Chris is the Inside Management focus.
We as owners are not afraid to get our hands dirty. We are here working on the floor and taking calls. We strive to be the person you can get a hold of to solve any question or problem. Since we work hard to make sure we can make you the best quality crane around, we have a unique set of skills and team here to create and meet the needs your company may need. Everyone on our team from the engineers to our fabricators can create and make the products that you need. With our in-house machine shop, fabricators, custom paint, electrical department, and install crew, we control the process from start to finish. We want to make sure you are getting the best American built crane around. With our partnerships with many outstanding vendors, we are creating the best built crane with the best products around!
